Hello gang,:help:
Well I've downloaded the newest version 2.7.3.2 and am having a bit of a problem..
I followed the exact procedures.. deleted old version re boot.. cleaned all the files ( inc the registry) re boot.. etc etc.. installed latest version of AnyDVD Now I am not exactly new at this as I've been here since the begining.. all seems to be well until I go to make a copy.. All settings are correct.. BUT when I try to burn the entire disc I get a " Main Client Error Message" and shut down.. HOWEVER if I choose "MOVIE ONLY" all seems well , and it copys and burns fine.. until the end when I get another message telling me that the program has had trouble deleting the temp file and I need to do it manually.. This one has me stumped.. All fire walls are down during download and install and really nothing is different from the previous version which worked excellent ( as did the other versions) Maybe I'm missing something any suggestions?? cause this is>>>:irritating

Thanks as usual..
Ditrina

Is it just this movie title only or does it do this with all titles.

have you tried another movie to see if it works okay it may just be a dirty or bad disc that you are trying to copy.

Could you explore your computer for the DVD neXt COPY "Temp" Folder and delete it's contents and try again.

Good Evening everyone,
Well the results are in.. same problem.. the program shuts down with a "Windows" main client error and a DNC error message stating.. "Runtime error217 at 06CF03BD.. but ONLY when copying the whole movie.. by selecting "Movie Only" all seems to work well. At this point re installed DNC and I have re-booted beyond wearing out the re boot command.. removed ALL virus and spyware programs ( not that they were giving me any trouble with the earlier versions.Re dowloaded DNC and AnyDvd..
deleted and reinstalled anyDvd too any times..... with machinist and with out I'm stumped.. oh yeah defragged.. and cleaned the registery
anybody have any suggestions.. it's almost like there's a hiccup in the download.. ( which I've done from three different places ) here, the support site and the "free down load" trial site..
Anyone??

Charley,
DNC tech support seems to be sending out a "Form Letter" reply of fixes triggered by the words Main Client Error.. Maybe it's the weekend crew??
Any way here is my copy of my last message to them..

Dear Tech Support.. PLEASE READ every line in my post about what my problem is and what I have done to take corrective action.. if you will NOTICE I have already executed ALL the known procedures BEFORE contacting you.. It is getting a little frustrating have TECH SUPPORT tel me to do something when I have already posted to you that it was ALREADY DONE.. But being the good customer I dutifully go through your suggestions ONCE AGAIN and ONCE AGAIN the same result.. the program SHUTS DOWN with a Main Client Error ONLY when burning the entire disc and runs perfectly ( with the exception of having to MANUALLY DELETE the TEMP files)
Now... Can you help??

WE will see if a "real person" responds..
I have not eliminated the possibility that I am missing something but the "automated" response thing is wearing a bit thin..
I'll keep you posted

I know you just did this but do the clean install of DNC. There is a new update as well just posted.

Write down your Key to unlock the software.

You need to completely remove all versions from your computer.

1. Go to your Start / Programs menu and uninstall all versions of DVD neXt COPY.

2. Restart your computer.

3. Click on Start / Search for files and folders.

4. Click on all files and folders; enter dvdnextcopy with no spaces and click Search.

5. Delete all dvdnextcopy files and folders that are found in the search and restart your computer.

6. Do step 5 again to make sure you get rid of all the dvdnextcopy files and folders.

7. Run CCleaner it is free and a great cleanup tool.

Download CCleaner here (http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/)

8. Go to our support page and re-download the latest version to your hard drive with all firewalls and antivirus turned off.

(Make sure you select save instead of run and save the file to your hard drive. Then install it from your hard drive).

9. After installation, restart your computer and run the software. You will be asked to re-enter your serial number again.

Yes ccleaner is a great program, I hate to repeat what has been done but since there is a new update I thought it would be best in your case. Have a great day and I wait to hear from you afterwards.
