I have tried three separate times on three different days (thinking they may have been working on the site over holiday) when I get to "submit" I get the error "internet explorer cannot display this web page". What gives? I am so frustrated with this program (DVDneXtCOPY2). AS I told you before, I paid for this "thing" and cannot use it! By the way, my order # is 17974142.

I will personally get in touch with them and have it responded just give me some time to get this looked at for you. Also if you want we can try to help you here. There is nothing going on their web server that I can ensure you.

Rest assured I'll get you taken care of just be patient and I know you have so far I just ask to give me till tonight ( I live on pacific time ) and you'll get an answer. :)
