Hello
just purchased upgrade to Version 4, I am running windows 7 Professional 64 Bit OS on an HP laptop with latest hardware, IE memory, motherboard etc. After install, I tried to run the program and got the following, "UNKNOW ERROR 30" , the program did not start. just the error appeared. Any hellp with this is appreciated.
