help with upgrade to new dvdnext copy

ok heres the problem i started with standard and had problems dvdnext copy supervisor gave me a free ultimate key because the were to greedy to give me refund on card so have you heard of anyone being able to upgrade to the neww version with the free key

The key you were given for free was for Ultimate and now you want a free key for another version? Hmmm I doubt this will happen unless you pay for the upgrade which is 20 bucks; pretty reasonable price if you ask me. If you asking if the free key you were given will work with the new version the answer is no.

Send a support ticket explaining what happen and all you have is a key but you want to upgrade to the new version.

no i dont want a free key buddy i just want the cupon code to upgrade for the 19.99 price not trying rip them off after all they are the ones who wont stand but there money back garantee said they cant refund to my credit card hoe else are you gonna buy the program if you dont use a credit card?

They may or should I say will set you up to use your email account as they have for others. Just explain what took place last time so they know.

Greedy? I doubt it they gave you a free v3 key. You can't get a refund after the 90 days. It says so on their site.
