having problems please help

running dvdnex copy teck v4 2 movies in question , earth , and jonas brothers in concert , preforms prescan and shows movie in pescan box over and over , i cant get to copy can someone help

Not sure what you mean by "shows movie in prescan box over and over". What sort of time frame are you talking about? Which type of backup are you trying, Automatic Full or Copy Full DVD?

What is the UPC code for Earth? I'll check it against mine.
