Error Message - very tired of this

I continuelly get "DVDNextCopy 4 Main client has stopped working". The disk completion is about 91.61%.

The movie is sports illustrated titled "Back on Top", showing Alabama Football for national champions.

I have uninstalled with a "Clean Uninstall" and reinstalled.

The previous Ultimate 3 did not have this problem.

Any suggestions?

I am unable to find this S.I. Back on Top Dvd? Please post the other problematic Dvd's you mentioned.

Like the others have asked need to know what other movies give you this main client error as movies that need a update usually give a main client error and if you let us know we could say if an update was needed. Have you tried using the NTU yet on this movie as that is what it there for. Give the user Guide a read so you know what the NTU is and how to use it

Thanks all, I have not tried using NTU, I will have to research this to unserstand how to use it.

I can not recall the other movie titles I attempted to back up.

If anyone can direct me to how to use NTU, I would appreciate it.
