When posting about a problem
Tell us your PC specs RAM, CPU, HDD size and free space. Tell us in detail all the steps you took to try to do your video be it an error in formatting to the format or transferring it to your player.
Let me add these times were done on the first beta sorry I will get around this week and update it with the current build.
PSP Converting Help
This device doesn’t contain its own software or hardware to transfer a movie to the device. There is two ways of getting this transferred to the PSP player.
You can get Media Manager which comes with the transferring tools and the data cable, or own a media card reader that supports memory stick duo cards. I for one splurged the extra 20.00 USD to get the media manager to avoid removing and putting the memory card in the player as this will induce wear and tear on the memory stick in time. Total time it took me on a 305 MB video file was 3 minutes and 15 seconds. Media Manager is currently not Vista 64 bit compatible.
You can also change the quality outcome in a drop down box on this as well and I will tell you that if you change it expect longer encoding times and you really won't see much quality of sound nor video difference in the Ipod or the PSP.
I have created a general users guide in PDF format for our users. I didn't break it down for each player either so all mobile features and how to's are include in this one download. You can get that by clicking HERE (http://www.dvdnextcopysupportforum.com/Downloads/Mobile%20User%20Guide.pdf)
All credits go to DVD neXt COPY Corporation and Charlie as this was a combined effort to have the best users guide to offer users. Please respect the copyrights within this users guide and abide by all copyright laws.
