New Version Doesn't Work Here

I've installed the new version at least 5 times now. Each time I make sure that I delete all DVDnextcopy files. Every time I run the program, Windows gives me that wonderful message that says that the Program encountered an error and will be shut down. So far, this has happen on 10 original DVDs. Can anyone help me??

Do you have a third party plugin installed? What are the titles? Are these title scratched even a minor one?

can you please give us some info to work with please like what software is installed anti virus programs any and all please as well as your computer specs processor type hard drive how much ram ect. and also what dvdburners you are using.

Thanks for the quick replys. I decided to try one more thing and this time it worked. I have 2 dvd's. The one I use to read the disk is what has been causing the problem. I put the movie in my second drive and it copied fine. Here's the information from the log. Thank you for your help.
