I’ve been experimenting with the different copy options from "Max sharp" to "Max fluid." I burn on a Plextor PX 712A and stick with the top brand blanks. It seems when I burn from a source less that 4.3gb I still loose picture quality as if some compression has taken place even though the source would easily fit to one disk. I can burn the same source using xxxx and get a great picture just like the original. I guess I need a decent explanation of just what I'm choosing when I select between the different modes. My assumption has been "Max fluid" should give me best readability and closest picture quality to the original. ---- What am I doing wrong?

Use default to retain the best of both worlds on quality. I use max sharp when posting in the log wars section but I in fact use default for my quality backups.
