Sometime users try to remove Roxio's drag to disc only to see that it is still there so this may help you out to insure it isn't.
Start by uninstalling Roxio Software. You might also want to use Roxio's Zap utility to completely remove it after using the normal Add/Remove Programs procedure: http://tools.roxio.com/support/tools/roxizap.exe
Then reinstall the Roxio Software if you really need it and don't install Roxio Drag to Disc.
