DVD nextcopy (not responding)

Hi, I have being using DVD nextcopy (standard) for a couple of months. I upgraded to the Pro version a little over a week ago and it has been working ok, but this morning I was going to burn a DVD. I opened the program (ok so far) clicked on New, the new project screen comes up fine. When I click ok , I get (analyzing DVD please wait) then it comes up DVD nextcopy (Not Responding) I can still click on the movie only button, but when I click to start copying nothing happens. I restarted my computer and tried again I got the same thing. I could use some help Thanks.

Do a clean install now that you have the new serial just download the pro version and all will be well.

Hi there Welcome to the forum.

May i ask when was the last time you give your system a good thorough clean. ??

It sound as if one of the files associated with DVD next copy have become corrupted by junk system files or de-fragmentation.

I would download this excellent free tool called Windows Advanced Care personal addition what is 100% free. Then once you have used this great all round system cleaning program please defrag your entire systems hard drives.

Then if you wish you can try again after this point in hope that the files have been repaired or corrected in some way.:)

If this does not work then there may be something beyond repair so the other idea i would suggest is to do a FULL AND CLEAN INSTILLATION. But try the other suggestion first and see if that helps. If not i will tell you how to do a clean install.
