I just purchased DVD neXt Copy pro,
I am directed to a download window; but, i keep getting an error message stating that the disc is incomplete, corrupted or may contain a virus. It also suggests for me to contact manufacturer/author and request a new disc/file.
how can i start downloading a program i just purchased? i also tried the trial window and the path is also corrupted. any suggestions? should i request for a refund?

I can upload pro for you to another server if you wish so you can download it.

what antivirus and spyware programs are you running you may have to disable then temporarily to download there are no viruses if you download from the link I posted.

I too am just now downloading it and there is nothing wrong. I suggest you check you internet security software aka antivirus and or firewall and also don't use any download managers either.

well I dont seem to be receiving any notices from my antivirus scanner nor firewall.
I did notice that on my pc I was able to download the trial version; I am trying to download the purchased pro version on to my laptop; could that be the reason?
On my laptop I can only download the DVD Next Copy(not pro nor express) but I cant seem to burn onto an external burner I am using. The only way it works is by burning a copy onto the same drive after I remove my DVD. What am I doing wrong? I followed the instructions and directed it to the correct paths.

I recommend the flash tutorials and read the user guides to be honest and ensure you are doint the right settings as for the trial over the bought there's no difference I think and you should be able to enter your Key. I used to have the way to do this in the registry but I'll need to relocate it. Downloads have no effect though on DNC just trying to install a trial again is an issue.

Just so I understand you correctly you have the trial installed for pro on your computer correct??
if you do then just install the serial and activate it online its that simple the trial is the retail version.
or did you install standard and buy pro and need to install pro?

Even if the standard was installed and they bought pro there is another 3 day trial too.

well what i was thinking is what happens if someone tried to install both standard and pro on the same machine without removing one or the other I would think the standard version would have to be removed and then pro version then installed otherwise I think we would have main client errors.

I purchased pro; I am unable to download it or the trial version.
I am able to download the standard program, which is not the one I want; but there is no point since I can't use my driver on the pc I am able to download the program to.
My laptop is the one with a good driver but it seems to be that I can't download pro version. It has been a waste of time since I can't get to try it out.

Well he didn't use my server as I am the only one to do this. If you can't download I would contact your service provider "Comcast" or your PC isn't set up right. There has been no others reporting this so it is an isolated ordeal it seems.
