Hello New But Not so new

I have had the DVDNEXT software for about 18 months and even survived the latest Upgrade (which I thought was great ) I bought a new Desktop and reloaded the DVD software- But I have been unable to successfully re download the Machinest dll to decrypt my DVD's-- Can anybody help me and tell me what is wrong?:help:
