Today I purcased and installed DVD next Copy Pro. When I tried to open the program I got the messege:LoadXML Malformed XML Error. And there are some chineese letters too???:frown:
I use W XP, and have no other pc problems..
Can somebody please help:Bow:

Hi and welcome to DNCSF, this is a new one to me and I just did a reformat on my PC and downloaded the program and had no issues. I suggest to do a clean install of DNC again. Follow the instructions to the "T" as well and let us know.

this error is caused by not letting the install out to the internet phone home so to speak so it can varify that its a paid program and also the main reason is to notify you of updates so you will have to let it pass your firewall!

The XML could have a DOCTYPE declaration referencing a URL on a HTTP
server somewhere and then, if that URL is not available, you could get a
load error.

could you please explain version 1 of dvdnextcopy is not supported any longer in order to work with vista you need to contact support at dvdnextcopy to get a new version 2 registration key free of charge.

I am locking this post if you need further assistance please start your own thread in the dvdnextcopy section.

you will most likely have to contact support at the company to get your new version 2 key.
please do not hessitate to start your own thread if you need more help!!:)
