Hi, have big time problems with my PC’s for some reason or another unable to get into the internet explorer to work for me nor my usual MSN.Com browser my ISP is ATT DSL, currently using AOL.9 to get in contact with the world. God knows how many
e-mails that have in my inbox the worst part is that I am unable to get to my favorites or bookmarks in the Msn site, my Vista PC currently getting no connection on nothing.

Should I remove Internet explorer and then through Microsoft re-load it? Or what this is my first time in 9 years that have had this problem and of course unable to solve it.

Any suggestion will be appreciated :o

Have you cleaned your PC fully recently. ???

I mean running programs like , Ccleaner , AWC, A2free, Spyware terminator, and any virus programs. :agree::agree:

Then run a full degrag of your system.

If the problem continues we know its not a meany problem only a driver one.

Hi, Micro it appears that I am finally able to get into IE on both computers also able to get into AOL and MSN Hotmail but for some reason or another unable to get to regular MSN6 that was my main browser and where had all my favorites and E-mail contacts were.

Mozilla browser hardly use, to get the DNC cite had to go to IE then Google and pick the forum.

Have contacted MSN and working on a reply.

Have contacted MSN support or their computer generated can answer and told them about my Error code 0x800004004 and how it can be fix have to wait and see what happens.

In the meantime unable to receive instan e-mail replies from forums that belong to nor my favorite places.

Clarify were you using MSN as a dialup service?

I cancelled a 2.95 a month account I had with MSN " this is a account that gives you an MSN email address plus allows you to dial up for 2.50 and hr if needed " EMS USEAGE ONLY, I NO LONGER Hve a hard line.

Ralpf I cancelled this account 2 months ago, I just tried to log in on the http://www.msn.com web page and was able to log in. Then click on MY MSN on left side of screen , and your settings are there you do not need to be paying to retrieve this.

I've been a beta tester for MS/MSN for years and your problems are to easly solved.

Look try this go grab a Gmail account log inyour msn account to retrieve and you should get all your email plus gmail is up to
5000mb free, and a much better system for killing spam . Did I say its free!!!

In future save your Favs and Bookmarks to file as often as you remeber to, so you can reload any time!!!!

I my self run both IE7 and Opera 9.5 and sync the bookmarks from a saved file on a USB drive. also use IE7 directly not through MSN services site you'll save your self future problems !!!

Thanks for the reply, not using dial up. Will try your suggestions and see what happens. Msn support wrote me back and some one from Windows Live suppose to contact me within 24 hours, perhaps that is the missing link.
