Just joined, and yes I do have 2 last names.
Loaded the standard version yesterday and already made several burns, works great. Got good reviews online and having a support forums was really important to me.

Nope if it has been awhile then this comes up normally. Also note that the greetings section doesn't indicate you posted as well. I'll do some tweaking but it isn't hardware failure.
