Turn Norton 360 off before copying any movies, it does have adverse affects on DNC. Right click on the Norton icon in the system tray it will open a small box click on open tasks and settings window. Then click on Change advanced Settings tab on the right hand side of the screen, if uac is on it will pop up here and ask for permission click ok. Now uncheck the protection box and click apply. Just do the reverse to reapply the protection when your done backing up your DVD.
