Hello, my name is Lena Carissimi, and I have been using DVDNextCopy for a few years, and have found it to be a wonderul tool...I, recently, sent an e-mail, to them to tell them how much I love their product and they suggested I put it on this forum...Well here it is: I
know you receive a lot of mail, re: issues with the program, and believe

I think you will all agree with me, that they are very caring people...I hope you have had as go an experience as I have.

Thank you for the kind words Yes on a forum we rarely see these types of posts. Since it is feedback I moved it accordingly for you as well happy burning.
Thats great to hear once in awhile we get all the problems mostly LOL so some good news is always welcomed and welcome to the DNCSF..:wink:

I have to believe that this forum is sanitized of all the posts which point to this software not working, not working as advertised, ripping off customers and damaging their PCs.
all I see are happy posts - but on the street in users groups I have never encountered even one single person who had this product work even once.
I have to believe the all of the happy posters are employees or are paid to post, so that the company can continue to cheat people out of their hard earned money.
This company has not even once responded to a support ticket.

Well that is not the case at all the are NO employee's here just users like you and no post have been deleted if you are not happy with the product contact DNC and ask for your money back insulting people here will not get you anywhere.

I have been using this software even before it's initial release. I can assure you that all posts here are not moderated and there is free speech as you see your post is and will be untouched. I do however find it funny that you make a post we are trying to help but you rather spam as I see it to make the software look bad.
I respect all comments on this forum and can assure you no negative posts gets deleted.

This is and always be a non supported by the company out of my pocket and Charlies and those who wish to donate a little for our help, DNC has a great new release track record and works on every computer I have without conflict..We are here to help but we will not accept posts like yours that should be taken up with the company just a simple ask for a refund and you will get it.
