Guys I pass on tools to you from time to time.

I find this tool has a 30 day free full useage is not limited in features as most out there and it has lifetime free upgrades it does cost 29.95 but worth the try for 30 days just to clean up what the freebie software does not reach on clean ups

I have a tech question into them now to see if it works with Vista 64

Under the QUESTIONS button on their webpage:

Question:
Are your products compatible with Vista?

Answer:
All of our products are compatible with Windows Vista but only with the normal 32b versions, not with the x64 ones.

But in order for the program to work properly, it must have full administrator rights. You can run a program with administrator rights in Vista simply by right-clicking the software and selecting Run as administrator.
