Hey Guys,

I just did a clean install and can't get the program to recognize any blank media in either drive. I keep getting an error message that says "No blank media found, please insert a blank disc" I hit retry and it keeps bouncing back. Will not start burn.

Hi,
Can you give us a little more info like why did you do a clean install in the first place was everything burning and working fine before?

are you reading with one drive and auto burning after convert or are you using the projects library and burning from there?

What OS Vista/Xp?

decrypter machnist2 or anydvd?

What brand media are you using?

name and model # of your burners too would be helpful.

I wanted the latest update. In the past I've had problems running a new update without completeing a clean install. I'm running Windows XP Home Edition. It seems the problem is with the autoburn feature. If I don't use autoburn it works fine.

It just won't work. I've finally given up trying to use autoburn and just start the burn process myself. Kinda dissappointing though, I have a great feature and can't use it.
