I bought the DVDXcopy a couple of days ago and started back of some of my favorite movies I have. I ran 3 the first day and all went by the book until the ck. play back. One of the movies played and 2 didn't. I got an error of bad dvd disc. The all came out of the brand new Memorex 25 pack. The dvd's are +rw. What could be the problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I followed the instructions that xcopy has on line and still no good. Thanks, Markr

DVD X COPY or DVD neXt COPY? If you just bought DVD X COPY that is the issue as you got robbed as it is no longer supported nor updated. I suggest if indeed you got DVD X COPY ask for a refund if possible. If you got DVD neXt COPY we can help you.

Okay your problem is the media you are using is why you are unable to play two out of three Memorex media is some of the worst media on the market please pick up a few verbatims to try and see if that doesn't solve your problem.
