Issues with DVDneXtCOPY iTurns Pro

Hello,

I'm experiencing issues with my purchased product. Why is that the songs don't get named automatically when its converted into .mp3 and how come the songs that do get converted gets put all into one .mp3 file? I don't know, probably I'm doing something wrong with the configurations? I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple of times and having to activate it over and over again. I don't like this, might as well try to get my money back if there's not a fix for this.

Hi

I am not experiencing the issue of one single file being created.

In the burn setting within itunes, do you still have the gap between tracks selected and set to default (2 seconds)?

I am suffering from tracks not being named though and it's annoying me.:frown:
When I convert the track to MP3, all I get is a file containing the format

title-artist-album.mp3

As far as I can see, I have everything set correctly so can't explain why this is happening.

The naming issue should be fixed with the latest update.

i'm using V2.0.4.1 and experiencing this isssue. I thought this was the latest release?:question_mark:
