I just upgraded my hard drives from these two in Raid 0: SEAGATE Barracuda ES.2 ST3250310NS 250GB SATA 7200 RPM 32MB Buffer - x2 (Raid 0) to two of these in Raid 0 OCZ OCZSSD2-1SLD60G Solid Series 60GB (SSD) SATA II Solid State Drive Retail at ZipZoomfly ([Only registered and activated users can see links])

Then I kept my other HD in and using them as storage and what not. Man I tell you what, I can tell a big difference in performance especially in gaming. Load times have dropped to half, installing programs are ALOT faster, scanning with AVG anti-virus is faster. Though copying DVD has not changed much since it can only go as fast as my SATA DVD drive. So now here is my system with my new drives:

PNY GeForce 9800 GTX 512MB - x2
ASUS Striker II Formula NVIDIA nForce 780i SLI Core 2 Quad Socket 775
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Quad-Core Processor 2.4GHz LGA775 8MB
CORSAIR DOMINATOR with DHX Technology TWIN2X4096-8500C5DF (2x2GB Sticks-Total 4GB)
ANTEC TruePower Quattro TPQ1000 1000W Power Supply
OCZ OCZSSD2-1SLD60G Solid Series 60GB (SSD) SATA II - x2 (Raid 0)
ANTEC Performance One P182SE Mid Tower Case
SATA DVD/RW: PIONEER DVR-215DBK - x2
Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit SP1
Dell-E228WFP 22" Wide Screen LCD

Just remember if anyone buys a SSD DO NOT DEFRAG them. They do not need defragging. I get this info from all of the manufactuers websites.
