Give time for my PC Expert to stop by and see your post. I assume you meant you are using 2.0.4.1?

No, I just bought the program and downloaded it and it shows 2.0.1.1. I went to the pdf info file and followed the help but found that the menus on itures doesn't have "burn" capabilities under Advanced properties..My kids have iturnes 8.1.052.

he posted a problem with an XP sp3 system but his profile shows a XP pro there is quite a difference between these 2 OS's being Pro is not Media intensive and Xp sp3 is.
SQL problem could be a conflict in software thats on the system . We need to fine tune this a bit

iTurns "choose your burner" instructions are lacking a bit of information and are based on an old version of iTunes.
When you open iTunes, you will create a play list in iTunes. You accomplish this by opening up your audiobooks (view them in the "LIST" view not the pictorial view). Now under the "FILE" menu, you have the option to create a "NEW PLAYLIST" or ctrl-N. Name it the name of the book and add all the parts of the book to the audiobook playlist (you can highlilght all the parts and right click to add them to your new playlist). Once you have a playlist that has all the parts to your book (still in iTunes) press the "BURN" button (You must be in the playlist window to see the burn button), this is where iTunes will allow you "choose your burner." Hopefully, this will solve some of your issues.
I am not familiar with the error message you are getting. My iTurns burner is refusing to "eject the burned disc" and tell iTunes it's inserted a new blank disc so I cannot test new burns. This was testing the new AAX file format. The AA format does not seem to present a problem with the method outlined above. I have XP SP3 (XP Professional - Service Pack 3 which is what I assumed you meant in your original post), but my version of iTurns is different. Try redownloading from the site to make sure you have the most current version of iTurns.
For your information, if you need to cancel the burn process within iTunes, you can call Audible for additional burn rights by explaining that the burn process was not successful (I wouldn't mention iTurns to them). Do a little complaining about losing discs in the process always gets them hopping.
I clicked ok. the program opened but I could find me itune library...
I am assuming you "clicked ok" to ignore the error message and proceeded to attempt to go through the process anyway. My question is the next problem of "find me itune library" issue. Does this mean you cannot find your iTune library files or that you cannot find your DRM protected files? Also what files are you attempting to convert (i.e., music or audiobook). I can help you with defaults, but if you have changed them you will need to look under EDIT-PREFERENCES-ADVANCE to find out where you designated iTunes to put them.
Also, remember that iTurns does not function on a drag and drop initiation process. You must attempt to "burn" the title from within iTunes to the virtual drive in order to get iTurns working on the process.
