VBulletin software has been purchased by another company and now resides in the U.S.A. with this new information I have also seen the new revised copyrights and terms of service. The new Terms of Use now can get me as the board owner and anyone else for piracy. So I want it to be well known by everyone here and if you fail to read this, then that's your problem if a problem ever occurs. I want to endorse all users that if they feel that a certain post is in violation of the DMCA or RIAA and such to use the post reporting button. This button is located at the top right and looks like a triangle (yellow). I encourage all to use this. If a post either by me or a mod here feels it is borderline or even outright breaking laws these posts will be trashed to be looked at by all staff. This is a must as I and the staff here refuse to get in trouble with the law over what a user may have posted. We here can care less where you got the disc if we don't know nor others we can not ever know. Details in getting help is still a plus. So choose your words wisely in your post members as I do not want the feds and such breathing down my neck. To be honest I don't want the feds breathing down any ones necks here. I hope you all understand the reasoning with this. We are trying to protect ourselves here and have a blast doing what we like to do best. I felt with the new terms of use put upon vbulletin software owners that I would stress this out to all our members. The good news is that we haven't had much of an issue with this here and 99.95% of the posts ever since this site went up has be very good about complying with the sited TOS.

Below is a repeat what most here have read.
