    neXt Tech Updater™

Have you been getting a lot of errors lately while copying your DVDs? Too much data, 15 gig movie; too many same sized titlesets on one disc, etc.? And when you do get a copy and play it back, there are tracks missing or the chapters are all mixed up?

This is because many of the new DVD movies are using the latest technology and techniques to prevent you from backing up your movies. It seems almost every new movie has different problems and needs to be fixed and updated.

For years DVD neXt COPY have been updating our software for you with our neXt Tech™ technology. Now our latest new product, DVD neXt COPY neXt Tech V4™, will allow you to update your own new movies yourself with our new, revolutionary built in neXt Tech Updater™ software. No more waiting for a new version to be released on our website. DVD neXt COPY will still be providing a database that paid users can access and download as the database gets updated with other databases that users have created and submitted. You can now take control of you latest batch of new DVD movies by fixing and updating them yourself using our neXt Tech Updater™, included with your purchase of DVD neXt COPY neXt V4.

DVD neXt Copy has revolutionized the world of DVD Copying once again with it new invention called the neXt Tech Update™. In the past we had to always suggest buying AnyDVD. Well with the neXt Tech Updater™ you no longer need to worry about buying another program to make fewer coasters (Bad burns). Now if you use AnyDVD no fear as you know that DNC can’t always see the proper titlesets so the neXt Tech Updater™ can still be used in harmony with version 4. Although to use the neXt Tech Update™ AnyDVD has to be off right now as it can alter the whole playback and make an incorrect database file.
With the neXt Tech Updater™ you can now create, share a database that will work with the latest titles. No more waiting on a neXt Tech Update as long as you know how to use the neXt Tech Updater™. You’ll see that we on the forum will shorten this new technology term and call it NTU most if not all the time to be able to help users as needed and quicker. We will also be providing a tutorial on how to use it, be it uploading to your database to creating one to share with others. Also so you know if you want to learn to use NTU feel free to ask for assistance if something wasn’t covered.

We hope that with this new technology that you will want to participate rather than to just come on the forum for a quick fix and leave. As you know we can’t provide a new database for a title if we don’t own the disc or can’t go out and just get it. So jump aboard with this new technology and help and share your input on the forum, as workloads increase we are always looking for recruits to help all the staff out.

Note: This is a new product and not an update to the current product you may own. It seems there is some confusion over this.

To read more about what it does and what was added read the blog I linked here.

So you're saying I need to get rid of AnyDVD HD?

That doesn't sound like better to me, please explain.

What do you mean get rid of AnyDVD HD? You can still use it but you can not have it running right now to make a database file. I am working with the company to allow this as I provided a fix for them to look into.

I'm totally confused as well. Perhaps an example or senario for using this might be helpful.

I am excited to use Ver. 4. However, after downloading, It shows the error message "Unknown Error: -30" Any ideas on how to fix this?
    1. Charlie's Avatar
Look in the version 4 help section the fix is there.

Thanks Charlie, this may make you laugh, but where is the help for Ver. 4. In the software or online? If the help is on the software, It won't open. I click the desktop icon, and it won't open, but shows the aforementioned error code?

If I have to turn it off to use the newer version....sounds the same to me as not using it.

In order to make a database because of the backing up issue meaning you can't make a backup. You need to use NTU. AnyDVD can't be on while using NTU. You can still use AnyDVD and V4 without issues just not NTU. Does that make sense? I am working with the company to get this resolved as we speak.

Yes it finally sunk in. And yes, I just bought V4 so will have lots of tests to run to DVD-RWs.

i have dvdnextcopy ultimate whats the differance from that to this? i might not be understanding the whole thing

You do not need to wait for an update with the new version to copy the latest titles that may be an issue. You can import a database if there is one that you need to copy a certian title s another. It really is a limitless amount of options there.

    Re: BLU RAY back up

It is in the works I am told but there is no ETA upon an update to do this either.

    Re: BLU RAY back up

DNC cannot backup Blu Ray disc's at this time. We have been asking but nothing yet.

What you are reading is the option to copy multiple DVD's to a Blu Ray disc which is not the same.
