Rules!

In order to keep the forum running well and to prevent problems, please follow these simple rules for the forum here. I do this out of my own time and cost, if you have any questions or problems with the rules, please feel free to contact one of the DVD neXt COPY staff members. I have rewritten some of the rules to address certain things so please I beg that you read them thoroughly. If you see rule that was broken feel free to use the post reporting system that tells us about it. There is a yellow triangle for each post that is how you would report illegal or offending posts. Be sure you do the right post too.

• I do not do email support nor call people to give support so don't ask me in anyway be it a PM or a email

• If you want to do email support use the support ticket system by clicking [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].

• I will give support through the email system for login problems only.

General Rules:

• Please do not use the contact us to ask technical questions other than login problems or cd key problems nor PM'ing me or the staff. For your CD Key issues I recommend to use the [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] as I nor anyone else here can assist you on reactivating the key.

• While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. Our decision is final in these matters.

• Please refrain from posting meaningless threads, one word (or short) non-sense posts, or the such.

• Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your post count is not allowed. This is considered as spamming and it will not ensure a speedier reply for the help you need but postpone it due to we have to remove the duplicate threads.

• Do not post in other peoples threads unless you are trying to help them with their issue. If you have an issue feel free to start a new thread for your issue.

• Advertising, spamming and trolling is not allowed. This includes using the forum email and Private message system to spam other members. This will be an automatic ban from DNCSF.

• Posting of Cracks or illegal serial numbers for any program or application in this forum will not be tolerated, DNCSF reserves the right to ban you from posting on this forum for the first infraction.

• We also do not allow posts that are sexual in nature or violate DNCSF community standards. The DNCSF staff shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate community standards. ie: I rented or borrowed is not allowed!

• Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed.

• We reserve the right to remove offensive posts without notice.

• You cannot post any affiliate or referral links, or post anything asking for a referral. Such posts will be subject to removal.

• No postings of use this software etcetera if a user is having a problem we are trying to help users with DNC not suggest to use other stuff.

• You cannot post advertisements or notices for contests; this includes URL signatures. We have a dedicated set of staff here that can post these things if you go through them to ask. I personally prefer that you ask Tony or me on this matter. This is no way guaranteeing that you'll be allowed to do this, only considered.

• You may be angry about something, but that doesn't give you the right to start swearing or being flat out rude to the staff and members here on this forum. Any Rudeness will be noted to all staff and you will be given a verbal warning via pm (Private Message).

• You are not allowed to post problematic movies that are rented or borrowed; these threads will be locked with a reply read the forum rules. Furthermore to add to this rule any posts referring to a rental of any sorts will not be tolerated this is for the forums safety and you may end up being banned altogether. It is my life on the line if I tolerate this talk. If I have to save my own tail I will report your email address and IP address used. • Although most of us have great humor and can accept a good joke regarding race, religion or politics; we ask that you please refrain from this as it can be really offending or disrespectful to others.

• Also while these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure the forum is not disrupted or abused in any way.

• With the new upgrade we have allot of nice new features. I have decided to leave all that open to be used by registered users. Do not post links nor email addresses in the guest message system. The same rules to be a member is the same as the new social groups in vBulletin version 3.7.0 and up.

• By registering and posting you agree that you have read the rules and will abide by them.

• We also reserve the right to ban anyone who willfully violates the forum rules, as access to our support forum is a privilege and not a right. A banned customer is still entitled to support from the [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].

So please keep this in mind when posting, and please be civil when posting. Any threads/posts of these types will be deleted. Banning time isn't subjected to what is written in stone here as the nature of posts by the original poster can vary and is at the moderator or administrators discretion.

Actions taken if certain rules are broken

First 2 times a verbal warning

3 time 1 week banned

4 time 1 month banned

5 time banned forever!
